📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
• Order new parts from suppliers and manage the receiving process.
• Assist mechanics in the installation and removal of parts, ensuring they are done correctly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about parts and services.
• Assist in the preparation of work orders and invoices.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and audits.
• Stay updated with the latest parts and automotive technology.
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the parts department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a parts or automotive service role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and basic mechanics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts.
• Valid driver's license.
