• Oversee the execution of landscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to field teams to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase completed projects and maintain client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new project ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design or project management.
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
