📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of 20+ franchise locations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability across all franchise locations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and address any issues promptly.
• Train and mentor franchisees on best practices, quality control, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with regional managers to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage and optimize supply chain and inventory management for franchise locations.
• Ensure all franchise locations adhere to health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Foster strong relationships with franchisees to drive engagement and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in franchise operations, restaurant management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise networks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for operational management.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational training programs.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
