📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for our derivatives products.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market conditions and sales performance.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure our derivatives offerings meet client needs.,Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in sales, trading, or a related field, preferably in the derivatives market.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial markets and derivatives products.,Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
