📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Manage cash transactions, ensuring proper handling and counting of cash.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and cash reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on payment methods and industry trends to provide the best service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and/or international dining trends is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
