📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities of the Bangka Belitung region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data and technologies into broader business strategies.
• Oversee the use of GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Engine to create and optimize geospatial products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the geospatial industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
• Represent PT Geospatial Nusantara at industry events and conferences to showcase the company's capabilities and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geospatial technology and innovation, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proven expertise in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Engine.
• Strong understanding of geospatial data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex geospatial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications in geospatial technology, such as GIS Professional or Certified GIS Analyst, are a plus.
