📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
• Operating and maintaining coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and workspace.
• Assisting customers with their orders and providing excellent customer service.
• Keeping up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our drinks.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Following food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy workspace.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with basic barista tools and software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
