📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain the condition of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Manage vehicle schedules and routes to optimize fleet performance.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Ensure all drivers are well-trained and up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to fleet operations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
- Assist in the implementation of new fleet management systems and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Proven track record of maintaining fleet vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software such as Geotab, Fleetio, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
