📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training progress.,Stay updated with the latest training methods and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
