📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of retail sites.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.,Inspect retail sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage a team of site workers and ensure their safety and productivity.,Prepare and submit reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
