Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Lead and mentor junior talent acquisition specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools, software, and platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
