📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including restocking and monitoring stock levels.,Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or incidents.,Assist with store promotions and sales events, such as setting up displays and assisting with customer inquiries.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet store targets.,Keep accurate records of store transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Store Operator, Retail Assistant, or similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
