Sentosa Insurance is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the team to achieve our goals. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.,Maintain accurate records of all store activities, including sales, expenses, and inventory movements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.,Assist in the organization and execution of store events and promotions.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or administrative environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
