📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor food quality and inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and serve food according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Previous experience in a similar role at RamenYA! is a plus.
