📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and enhance overall performance.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Understanding of quality management principles and practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
