PT Usaha Firdaus is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior lab technicians, as well as maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and meets all safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and processes.,Monitor and maintain laboratory safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct quality control checks on laboratory results, ensuring that they meet the required standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, to ensure that laboratory tests and processes support the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, microbiology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as those used in biochemistry, microbiology, and other related fields.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.,Proven ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and processes.,Experience in training and mentoring junior lab technicians.
