📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and train a team of F&B service staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, and ensure timely restocking and ordering.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds customer expectations and maintains a positive reputation.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service strategies and initiatives.
