📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for the bakery, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.,Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports for financial and operational purposes.,Support the team in organizing events, workshops, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and solutions.,Assist in training and developing administrative staff to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with the management team to improve administrative processes and efficiency.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries is a plus.
