📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
