📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information about HR-related matters.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
