📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies and procedures,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner,Perform general administrative tasks as required,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Familiarity with hotel or front desk software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
