PRISM Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Seminyak. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes that cater to our customers' preferences. In this role, you will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring that our suppliers are met with the required quality and quantity of ingredients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that ingredients are restocked as needed
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid food handler's permit and certification
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or catering company is a plus
  • Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural food preferences is a plus
