📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and assist in hiring decisions.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR activities.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with employees and candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
