📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, document preparation, and training.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Assist in training and development initiatives, including organizing workshops and seminars.
• Help with employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Human Capital Management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
